Krista Raasch (Heinitz) (b. 1987, Redwood City, California) is an interdisciplinary artist and educator. She received her MFA from the University of Oregon in 2016 and a BFA from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2011.

She has exhibited in the Mayor’s Art Show (Eugene, Oregon) as well as at Maude Kerns Gallery (Eugene, Oregon), Tropical Contemporary (Eugene, Oregon), Ditch Projects (Springfield, Oregon), Target Gallery (Alexandria, Virginia), Disjecta Gallery (Portland, Oregon), and Blackfish Gallery (Portland, Oregon.) She lives and works in Eugene, Oregon.

Her studio practice deals with traditional craft patterns and practices along with minimal architectural sites and materials. Raasch is interested in the intimate narrative of domestic spaces with its notions of labor and repetition.

Joining remnants, fragments, pieces together: she acts as architect, builder, inhabitant.
